Choose your admission slot before fixing the ride

Atlanta Botanical Garden lists Garden Lights, Holiday Nights for November 14, 2026 through January 10, 2027 at 1345 Piedmont Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA 30309. The organizer offers timed tickets. Check its official event page for the date and entry slot you want before finalizing transportation.

Admission and transportation are separate purchases. A SkyLink ride does not include event tickets or guarantee admission. Verify current ticket availability, entry conditions and any change or weather policies directly with the Garden. Do not use the Garden's daytime opening hours as the evening event schedule.

Build the evening around the ticket time

Start with the confirmed entry slot and work backward: time to leave the vehicle, reach the entrance and gather your party belongs in the plan. Ask reservations to review the route from your hotel or home and allow an appropriate buffer. Avoid scheduling arrival at the curb for the exact minute printed on the ticket.

If dinner comes first, provide the restaurant's street address, reservation time and expected departure time. A Midtown dinner stop and a pickup from Alpharetta are different itineraries, even if both end at the Garden. Keep the meal flexible enough that a late table does not consume the time reserved for reaching the entrance.

Choose a fixed return or discuss hourly service

A planned outbound transfer and a separate return can suit a group with a clear finish time. If you want dinner, the lights and additional stops, discuss hourly chauffeur service and have the full itinerary reviewed. Ask exactly when the booked time begins and ends and what additional time would cost.

Do not assume an outbound driver waits throughout the visit or that a vehicle will remain at the entrance. Confirm the return arrangement, included waiting and the procedure for an early or late finish before booking. A request for a vehicle is subject to SkyLink's acceptance and availability.

Make the return pickup usable for the whole group

Agree on an authorized meeting location with reservations using the venue's current access guidance. Do not assume the drop-off position will also be available for collection. Ask how the group should reach the meeting point and what to do if traffic or venue instructions require a change.

Choose one lead passenger with a charged phone. Share the pickup plan with every adult, and regroup before reporting that everyone is ready. If you are traveling with children or relatives who need a shorter walk, discuss that requirement beforehand rather than relying on an unconfirmed curbside arrangement.

Plan for a winter evening and the ride home

Check the forecast and the Garden's current visitor guidance before leaving. Plan clothing and footwear for time outdoors, and verify any rules affecting strollers, mobility devices, bags or other items directly with the venue. Transportation cannot override the attraction's access or admission requirements.

Give reservations the passenger count and any child-seat, mobility or luggage needs. Include the final drop-off address for every stop: taking relatives to a hotel after the outing is an additional leg, not an implied part of the original pickup. Review the vehicle category and capacity with SkyLink before confirming.

Send one complete request

Your request should include the event date and ticket entry time, pickup address, passenger count, dinner or hotel stops, desired return time, final destination and lead passenger's mobile number. Mention whether you want fixed transfers or an hourly arrangement and ask for the full itinerary to be quoted.

Check the organizer's event page again close to your visit for current admission details. Then confirm the transportation, waiting terms and payment arrangements with SkyLink. Keep the admission tickets and trip confirmation together so your group has both parts of the evening ready.
