Planning Your Event Return Pickup
Plan your Atlanta concert, stadium or event return with an agreed meeting point, lead passenger, finish-time updates and confirmed waiting arrangements.

Plan both arrival and return
Send the event name, venue address, date and desired arrival time. Include dinner or hotel stops and say whether you want a reserved return or hourly service. The venue or event organizer is the source for admission times and current access rules.
Agree on a usable meeting location
Ask reservations to coordinate the return meeting point before the event. Street closures and pickup restrictions may change the plan, so use the latest instructions supplied for your trip. Allow time for the group to walk from the venue to the agreed location.
Keep one passenger reachable
Choose a lead passenger with a charged phone and share the pickup instructions with the group. Tell the chauffeur when everyone is together and ready. If the event ends late or your plans change, contact reservations promptly rather than assuming the original waiting arrangement extends automatically.
Confirm waiting and extra-time charges
Review the scheduled return time, included waiting, overtime and any additional stops before booking. Confirm the passenger count and vehicle capacity for the return leg. A requested pickup is not reserved until SkyLink accepts it.
Ready when you are.
