Planning an ATL Airport Pickup

Send the flight and arrival details

Give reservations the airline, flight number, travel date and destination address. Say whether you are arriving domestically or internationally, and include a mobile number that will work after landing. A flight arrival time and a curbside pickup time are different parts of the plan.

Confirm the meeting point before travel

Ask for written pickup instructions for your reservation. After landing, follow the agreed contact process and tell your chauffeur when your group has collected its bags. Do not assume a rideshare pickup area is also the correct meeting point for a prearranged chauffeur.

Match the vehicle to passengers and luggage

Share the number of adults and children, checked bags, carry-ons and oversized items. Request child seats or accessibility accommodations in advance and wait for confirmation. Vehicle passenger capacity alone does not establish how much luggage will fit.

Plan the return to the airport separately

For departures, provide the flight time and airline as well as the hotel or home address. Agree on the pickup time with reservations and allow for traffic and check-in requirements. Confirm waiting allowances, extra stops and the total price in your written reservation.
